Get Child Support Help -
Program Eligibility
In
order to be eligible for Get
Child Support Help's program for child support recovery, you
must:

Have a
court order awarding
you child support and/or spousal support (alimony).

Be owed at least $2,000 in past-due
child support and/or spousal support.

Must not be receiving public
assistance such as welfare or TANF
(not including food stamps, Medicaid or Section 8 Housing
benefits).
Unfortunately, If you are receiving
public assistance such as welfare or TANF, you must utilize your
local government agency for child support recovery assistance.
In the event that you no longer need
public assistance such as welfare or TANF, you may re-apply for our
services to assist you in recovering delinquent child support
payments.
